Take a walk down historic Bourbon Street in New Orleans as you make this striking, graphic quilt! This vintage quilt pattern, reworked and made modern, is Jelly Roll-friendly. The fun pattern utilizes easy patchwork and simple paper-piecing to ensure perfect points. Aniva Willoughby will guide you as you quilt your way down Bourbon Street!
FABRIC REQUIREMENTS FOR GRANDE SIZE - FINISHES AT 52" x 68":
* NOTE: Pattern includes additional Tall (36" x 36"), Venti (68" x 84"), and Trenta (84" x 100") sizes -- you may make any size for the class.
- PATTERN - Bourbon Street by Sassafras Lane
- BACKGROUND - 2 yd.
- ACCENT - 1 1/2 yd.
- CENTERS - 25 strips of 2 1/2" x WOF fabric (or 388 2 1/2" squares)
- BORDER - (28) 3 1/2" x 6" scraps
- BINDING - 1/2 yd.
- BACKING - 3 1/2 yd.
- Sewing machine with 1/4" foot
- Basic sewing supplies (scissors, thread, pins, sema ripper, rotary cutter, ruler, binding clips, etc.)
- Portable ironing board and mini iron (recommended)
