

BAG CLASS: ALL THE THINGS TOTE

A great project for the beginning bag-maker, the All the Things Tote by Knot + Thread Design can be made in three different sizes, all offering the chance to practice essential basic bag-making skills. Just a few supplies to gather, a bit of prep work and you'll be all set to learn how to make your own tote with in depth instruction from Shelley Taylor. No zippers or hardware to worry about-- just a relaxing afternoon of sewing. Get creative and bring an orphan quilt block or other accent to add to a side pocket!

SUPPLY LIST: Please refer to the back of the pattern for more details on supplies. Yardage listed below will make one of any of the three size options. Additional yardage may be need for directional prints.

Main Fabric -- 1 yard

Lining -- 1 yard
- Accent Fabric -- 3/4 yard

ByAnnie's Soft and Stable -- 1 yard

1/2" Handle Webbing (polypro webbing to cover or a decorative webbing) -- 1-3/4 yards

ByAnnie's Base Stabilizer Size 7-3/4" x 14-3/4" (for medium or large tote only)
- Optional pocket feature such as an orphan quilt block, panel print or cute label
OTHER SUPPLIES & HELPFUL NOTIONS:
- Sewing machine with 1/4" foot and zipper foot
- Basic sewing supplies (rotary cutter, ruler, fabric scissors, pins, seam ripper...)
- Portable ironing board and travel iron recommended
