NEW Beginning Quilting, Beginning FPP & Intro to Wool Applique Classes!
Learn Something New at Corn Wagon Too!
"To begin, begin." -William Wordsworth
Every quilter must begin somewhere, and then begin again and again with new techniques, styles and projects. Each quilt we make is a new beginning. The process is one of learning, building, fine-tuning and finishing but first, we must begin!
We are pleased to announce NEW classes designed for those ready to BEGIN! Whether you're new to the quilting scene or an experienced sewist ready to try your hand at a new skill, we have a class for you.
Let me introduce you to three of our upcoming beginner opportunities:

while here for the class!
Once you see how fun and relaxing wool applique is to do,
you will be excited to start your own project!
Beginning Foundation Paper Piecing
For many quilters, the thought of Foundation Paper Piecing
is a bit intimidating. This class is here to take away that fear!
Cheryl Wallin will lead this information-packed, hands-on class
as you make the popular Book Nerd quilt by Angela Pingle
using Foundation Paper Piecing.
It's a perfect pattern to learn how FPP allows you to
sew those tricky angles and detailed piecing with precision.
This fat quarter-friendly quilt is especially fun to fussy cut favorite fabrics
to build your own unique library!
Whether you're entirely new to FPP or you just want some better
tips and tricks, join Cheryl Friday, January 27th, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
for a day of sewing FPP style at the Schoolhouse.
We have fat quarter starter sets featuring the Clueless fabric collection
by Angela Pingle for Windham Fabrics as shown in the quilt above!
Full kits are available in-store featuring the Bookish fabric collection by Sharon Holland for Art Gallery Fabrics shown below!
