Let me introduce you to three of our upcoming opportunities:
The Truvy Bag Class
This fun bag by Knot + Thread is perfect for taking little projects with you as you go about your errands and watch sporting events! It would also be a great bag to have loaded with your favorite supplies to take to a retreat, or as a travel makeup bag. The use of clear vinyl makes it easy to see what you've got inside. The removable pockets are so clever and really maximize the storage and organization in your bag. This bag may look complicated but with the help of Shelly Taylor, bag-maker extraordinaire, you'll learn all the tips and tricks to simplify the process!
This bag finishes at 9"H x 11 1/2"W x 6"D.

Classic Curves Quilt Block Class
Afraid of piecing curves? Not anymore! The Classic Curves Ruler by Color Girl Quilts offers an easy method for cutting and piecing curves! Practice this technique with our instructor, Jen Tanner, while making large scale blocks with modern style. We will discuss and use controlled improv piecing which will allow some room for imperfection as we learn. The glue baste method for aligning and sewing curves will be demonstrated as well as traditional pinning. You'll come away with lots of new skills and a block or two for beginning your own Classic Curves improv quilt! You'll be amazed by how easy it can be to sew curves -- so much fun you won't want to stop!

Camp Sew Fun for Kids!
Suzanne Jackman & Kris Money are teaming up to lead Camp Sew Fun to make sure everyone gets plenty of instruction and support. Sign up for 3 days of sewing (and fun!) where kids will be able to make an awesome 65" x 76" quilt top of their very own! This summer we will be making the Peanut Butter Quilt by Then Came June -- a FREE pattern (available here). This class is for beginners, ages 8 and up. Our young quilters MUST know how to turn on their machine, thread it, and sew a 1/4" seam. All supplies must be purchased separately and are available at Corn Wagon Quilt Co.
Choose from two different sessions:
July 8th, 9th & 11th, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. OR July 15th, 16th & 18th, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
*A limited number of kits are available JUST for this class! Come into the shop to see both versions now on display!

All class supplies are 15% off to those registered and you'll receive 15% off regular price items purchased on the day of your class at Corn Wagon Quilt Co.
