MONDAY, AUGUST 5 - SATURDAY, AUGUST 10:
UTAH SHOP HOP GIVES BACK Your overwhelming support of the 2024 Utah Shop Hop has inspired us to give back. Next week, all 11 shops of the Utah Shop Hop will have opportunities for you to donate and participate in creating quilts for Wrap the World with Quilts! Donations will be accepted at each location including finished quilts, quilters cotton yardage, 12 1/2" brightly colored quilt blocks, machine quilting services, money and more. Keep an eye on the Utah Shop Hop website for more info to follow.
Here at the Corn Wagon, we will be offering an additional discount on our red dot clearance yardage and special pricing on select precuts to encourage your ability to make a donation. Whether you finish a quilt, give a few blocks or just donate quilters cotton fabric yardage, your support goes a long way towards helping those in need of comfort.
As part of the Utah Shop Hop Gives Back campaign, we are dedicating our open sew time to FREE Classes on how to make mitered corner receiving blankets. In lieu of a class fee, we ask that you donate the blanket you make in class to our charitable contribution to Wrap the World with Quilts. Gain the skills, give the blanket. Bring your own flannel or purchase one of our kits at 15% off and Marsha will teach you the easiest way to make mitered corner receiving blankets. Leave your finished blanket with us at the end of class and we will deliver the donations. No need to register, simply meet Marsha in the Schoolhouse, located directly behind the quilt shop.

Not your Grandmother's Flower Garden is REALLY growing! You have just one week left to finish up July's blocks in order to pick up August's kit free! Be sure to catch our YouTube tutorials for extra support. We can't wait to see how all these blooms grow and sew together. Adding to the intrigue... we have our Saturday Sampler 2025 currently in it's pattern testing phase and we think you're going to love it! It's another mystery quilt, so I can't share any more than this one hint... it's inspired by a special upcoming celebration!
SATURDAY, AUGUST 17: SUMMER PORCH SALE! We have lots of new inventory on the way and we need your help making room for it all, so we're cleaning out the shop and putting some fantastic bargains on the porch (with more inside) Saturday, August 17th. We're talking about discounts as deep as 20% - 50% off select items! Fabric, kits, patterns, notions, minky... we need to clear some things out so we can bring more in! This delightful weekly club is for anyone who would like to work on a hand stitching project while learning new hand stitching skills. It's a great chance to finish our own projects and relax with a fun gathering of sewing friends. No fee to attend. Simply come and join us!

Put yourself in Time Out at the Wagon in our School House located directly behind the quilt shop! At times we all need time out from housework, phone calls, and everyday responsibilities. Bring your current sewing project to “Time Out at the Wagon” and do just that. Marsha is looking forward to being in Time Out and hopes lots of you will join her.
