Swing by the Corn Wagon parking lot tomorrow, September 28th where more than 20 quilters are prepared to part with their "Stash Accumulated Beyond Life Expectancy." Vendors will be set up to sell from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. As usual, Corn Wagon will have a clearance room set up in the Schoolhouse. In the past I have found fabulous steals on precuts I wish I hadn't passed up when they dropped, seriously fun finds like OG Cotton+Steel, a cache of minky, a frenzy of fat quarters, yardage to rifle through, finished bags and quilts both old and new, and even vintage sewing machines! Our S.A.B.L.E. Sale isn't the only event in Utah County for quilters this weekend. Visit the Payson Quilt Show hosted by the Peteetneet Quilters Guild. Over 70 quilts are on display this weekend from children's entries to master quilter works, it's inspiring to see what local makers have been up to.
