Small Business Saturday has become an important day for supporting local businesses as we kick off the greatest shopping days of the year. Big commercials for big stores make it easy to overlook the little guys for Black Friday shopping sprees. That's where Small Business Saturday comes into play. It's a day dedicated to supporting the locally owned businesses that make our community unique and strengthen our local economy while providing specialized service. Beginning Monday December 2nd, we're kicking off the 12 DAYS OF KIT-MAS! Instead of counting down the 12 days before Christmas, we're starting at the beginning of the month, so there's plenty of time to finish before the big day. Each business day for 12 days, we'll be releasing a new kit on Instagram and Facebook that will be available in-store while supplies last. You'll find a variety of fun projects that are low-cost and quick to make! Be sure to follow us on social media or stop in and see featured samples in person. Holiday quilts are now on display! From traditional trees and scrappy snowmen to modern stars that shine, we have eight new seasonal quilts up in the shop that you really need to see in person. The heirloom evergreen beauty below was pieced by Suzanne Adams and quilted by Dorene Cole. Classic reds and greens come together in pieced perfection for the Tree Farm quilt by Pam Budda of Heartspun Quilts. Her own Civil War reproduction prints from Marcus Fabrics make this quilt one to treasure as part of your family's holiday tradition.
Our computerized longarm quilting queue for Christmas will be closed as of December 1st! That means tomorrow is the last day for your quilting to be guaranteed for Christmas. Our custom free-motion services by Ramona Sorensen are now full for Christmas delivery.

Every Tuesday, 10:00am - Noon
This delightful weekly club is for anyone who would like to work on a hand stitching project while learning new hand stitching skills. It's a great chance to finish our own projects and relax with a fun gathering of sewing friends. No fee to attend. Simply come and join us!
