She has been a Corn Wagon Gal for five years, helping you find what you need here at the shop. With a love for modern designs, she's a pro at pulling fantastic solid combos as well as spectacular scrappy mixes. Just yesterday, she described her quilt style as a "scrap-a-palooza!" Looking for a fresh take on quilting? She's your gal!

Cymoni loved quilting with her grandma at a young age. She says the first "real" quilt she made was for her daughter's graduation. Her passion for quilt-making was solidified when she began meeting with a group of friends every Thursday for some social sewing time. When asked what her reason for quilting is, she simply replied, "It's very therapeutic. It's hard to describe but it's a way to express your heart." Her favorite quilts are the ones she has made for her grandchildren (she's currently expecting number seven), -- "Because, you know, all the other quilts are folded in a cupboard." I think many quilters can relate.

Cymoni finds inspiration in favorite quilt masters such as Jen Kingwell and Elizabeth Hartman. She recently finished this darling Chance of Rain throw using the prettiest Liberty of London florals for the umbrellas -- a new pattern from another of her favorite designers, Pen+Paper Patterns. Cymoni's personality is as sweet and delightful as her quilt choices. Fun fact to prove it: Cymoni finishes each day with a bowl of ice cream.
