Our favorite part of the week is the Art City Days Quilt Show, going on today and tomorrow. Come see quilts of all kinds from all ages and skill levels! See if you recognize some works by quilty friends from across our community. Here's all the details:

Lost & Found at the SABLE Sale!We found some shopping bags full of fabric finds left behind at the S.A.B.L.E. Sale last Saturday.
In the midst of celebrating Art City Days, I noticed a few quilts around the shop that feel like summer fun in fabric form. Let's take a look!
Extracelestial is a striking, modern take on a traditional star block that's chock-full of energy! Lynette Christensen pieced this one using bold prints with a touch of classic black against a Bella Solid white background. Oh, how it shines! Our kit includes the pattern by Quilt Cakes and required fabrics for piecing the 55" x 74" quilt top.
Fronds uses two simple templates to make this dynamic pattern by Suzy Quilts. The result is a modern take on a traditional clamshell design. Kristy Johnson put together a beautiful, analogous color palette of lavenders and blues for piecing this 60" x 72" quilt. We have kits!

Geese are all the rage right now and Elizabeth Hartman wasted no time jumping on board in the most fun way! This new design features vibrant NEW Bella Solids colored by Elizabeth Hartman herself for Moda Fabrics. Traditional piecing in the style Elizabeth is known for makes for organized piecing that's easier than it looks. Suzanne Jackman really enjoyed putting this one together. Our kit includes the Sunshine pattern as well as the beautiful range of solids shown here for piecing the 64" x 69" quilt top and binding.
Also shown here -- Anna Maria's new Cozy Christmas collection is here, complete with a cute stocking panel and some gorgeous wovens.
Sunflower Patch is summertime in a quilt! Suzanne Jackman chose to sew with this pretty range of solids included in our kit along with the pattern by Patch+Dot. Piece this 68" x 68" quilt for a perfect picnic throw. Kits come packaged in a reusable, zippered vinyl project pouch as shown lower left.
